I just placed an order; when will it ship?
We make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. However, please note that there is a production time of 4-7 days before your order is shipped out. On average, shipping times are between 5-14 days. Once your order has been shipped, tracking numbers will be updated within 3-5 days. I'm not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return it? What should I do in case of an issue?"
We want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case the product you receive is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us for a full refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please include your name and order number on the package you send back.
Please keep in mind that if your package is still in transit, you will need to wait until it arrives before returning it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty if you do so before it ships. If it has already shipped, simply use our easy return system to receive a full refund of your purchase. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
I have mistakenly entered an incorrect address. What should I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address while placing an order, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the right address. In case you double-check and find that the given address is wrong, kindly notify us via email at jcebo3@yahoo.com. We will change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please note that no refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
